i’ve the tendency to /ignore (mIRC term) any unprovoked sarcasm.
‘cos i don’t see a need to retaliate when everything said was sincere…
and since the giver has all the intention to provide their 2cents worth of mean-ness…

So i asked…
For a chance, to re-watch Bruce Almighty.

And it happened, since they showed it on TV earlier.

Strangely, while watching it… i cried.
During Bruce’s (Jim Carrey) prayer for Grace (Jennifer Aniston)…

His prayer was full of love, he let her go, prayed that she’ll find someone who could truly love her and giving her the best of everything, which he couldn’t.

That’s definitely a prayer from the heart.

And i wish…
I could one day do the same, like Yao had said the same prayer as Bruce did.

simple…
reason – i care too much and therefore i got upset.

i should just not bother about things that are happening and let you get hurt, taken advantage of and end up all miserable.

but why would i wanna do that, when i care and love you?

previously you said you know what should be done and will settle it, i trust what you have planned and left it as that.

that’s why i didn’t say more.

but now, you seem to be walking away from your plans and getting all soft hearted, because you are afraid you’ll ruin the friendship.

time to wake up from your ‘perfect little world’ kinda thinking.

there’s no way to solve things perfectly or wait for the right moment to say things. what if there’s no right moment, you would never solve this issue and probably end up all whiny like he is.

there’s nothing wrong with leaving and if he’s a man, which he’s supposed to be, he’ll accept whatever you have chose, stop whining and get married or have a sex change.

that client have said it out loud, in front of your friend’s face, asking him to stop being so wishy washy like a girl.

would you prefer to hear it from everyone, including your family members that he’s a jerk and probably shouldn’t procreate.

stick to your plans, get it over and done with, then you wouldn’t have to put up with me cussing at him.

it’s never as easy as you assume it to be.
just because i didn’t bother telling you what’s going on, doesn’t mean i’m getting pay just to sit there and look pretty.

i would have rather to be back in the office, be on my comfortable chair, have lunch with my friends in town and go shopping during lunch.

than to be here, on top of a hill, in a windowless room, face a system that cost more than i’ll ever earn and irritating developers who can’t phrase a proper sentence but able to write codings with their eyes closed.

good things (on working here):
- 10mins from home to work
- 10mins from work to home
- save $$$

bad things:
- i don’t know what’s going on in town area
- missing my friends
- miss the good food
- i don’t even see the sun

at least in office, i could debate with my boss on work.

but here, it feels like prison.
facing the system, day in day out.

if that’s what you envy, you can have my job.
i’ll be glad to let you take my place and get back to office.
